锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO_(2)的性能优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 以锂过渡金属层状氧化物LiCoO_(2)为研究体系,通过体相掺杂的方法对其进行改性,主要研究了Al掺杂对LiCoO_(2)体系材料结构性能的影响。采用高温固相法合成Li(Co_(1-z)Al_(z))O_(2),对样品XRD图谱与标准PDF卡片进行对比分析,研究了不同的铝掺杂对合成样品结构(杂相)的影响,计算了晶粒大小和晶格参数,并得出最佳掺杂量为0.002 mol/L。 In this paper,the lithium transition metal layered oxide LiCoO_(2)was used as the research system,and it was modified by bulk doping.The effect of Al doping on the structure and properties of LiCoO_(2)system materials is mainly studied.Li(Co_(1-z)Al_(z))O_(2)was synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.The XRD pattern of the sample was compared and analyzed with the standard PDF card.The influence of different aluminum doping on the structure(miscellaneous phase)of the synthesized sample was studied,the grain size and lattice parameters were calculated,and the optimal doping amount was 0.002 mol/L.
