摘要
主要针对市场退回电池进行充放电循环验证,利用镉压判定落后单只电池正负极板问题,通过解剖对比极板的理化成分,以及使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-ray衍射分析(XRD)和腐蚀层分析,最终得出退货主因。
In this paper,the charging and discharging cycle verification is mainly used for market returned battery.And the problems of positive and negative plates are determined with the cadmium electrode.By comparing the physical and chemical composition of the plates,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and corrosion layer analysis,the main reason of the return was finally obtained.
