摘要
新冠肺炎疫情下的线上教学开展得轰轰烈烈,但也暴露出诸多问题。根据来自全国344所高校有关线上教学的1874条教师的和31717条学生的改进建议文本数据,从师生对比角度进行研究发现,线上教学改进建议存在同一性、差异性和独特性等特性,其中同一性反映该类问题对师生造成了共同影响,理应被重点解决;差异性表明该类问题没有被对方察觉,可为对方自我改进教学工作进行补充说明;独特性是源于主体特定身份说明的问题。通过深度挖掘教师和学生关于线上教学改进的共性和个性,旨在从教师、学生、学校和相关部门等角度提出相应的改进方略,助力未来线上教学发展。
Online teaching under the epidemic situation was carried out vigorously,and many problems have been exposed.According to the data of 1874 teachers and 31717 students from 344 colleges across the country on online teaching improvement suggestions,the study from the perspective of teacher-student comparison finds that there are similarities,differences,and uniqueness.Similarities reflect that such problems have a common impact on teachers and students and should be focused on solving them,differences indicate that such problems are not noticed by the other party and may provide additional explanations for the other party's selfimprovement efforts in teaching and learning,and uniqueness comes from the specific identity description.By digging deeper into the commonalities and personalities of teachers'and students'suggestions on online teaching,the aim is to propose corresponding improvement strategies from the perspectives of teachers,students,schools and relevant authorities to help the future development of online teaching and learning.
