摘要
劳动保险作为充分体现劳动者权益的社会保障机制,是一种重要的制度安排。中国共产党历来高度重视劳动者权益的保护,并在思想和实践两方面都取得了丰硕成果。中国共产党在建党初期就形成了比较完备的劳动保险思想体系,在革命根据地和解放区实施的劳动保险实践,为现代社会保险制度建设打下了扎实的思想基础,并为新中国成立后建立全国统一的劳动保险制度提供了丰富实践经验。
As a social security scheme that fully embodies the rights and interests of workers, labor insurance is an important institutional arrangement. The Communist Party of China(CPC) has always attached great importance to the protection of workers’ rights and interests, and achieved fruitful results in both thoughts and practices in the field of labor insurance. In the early days of the CPC, a relatively comprehensive ideological system of labor insurance was formed. The implementation of labor insurance in revolutionary base areas and liberated areas laid a solid foundation of thoughts for the construction of modern social insurance system, and provided rich experience for the establishment of a unified labor insurance system after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
