Strengthening the Party’s Political Construction and Improving the Level of Judicial Ability

强化党的政治建设提升司法能力水平主要体现在五个方面:把准政治方向,深刻认识人民法院的政治机关属性;提高政治能力,提升司法服务国家发展大局的能力水平;夯实政治根基,提升保障民生福祉的能力水平;永葆政治本色,提升在法院队伍中营造风清气正政治生态的能力水平;扎实开展党史学习教育,努力将法院队伍党的政治建设提升到新水平。本文试以这五个方面为理路,对习近平总书记有关重要论述精神进行阐释。

Strengthening the Party’s political construction and improving the level of judicial ability are mainly reflected in five aspects: Accurately holding the political direction and deeply understanding the political organ attribute of the people’s court;improving the political ability and the ability of justice to serve the overall situation of national development;consolidating the political foundation and improving the ability to ensure the people’s livelihood and well-being;keeping political original character forever and improving the ability to create a honest and upright political ecology in the court team;carrying out solidly the study and education of the Party’s history and striving to raise the Party’s political construction of the court team to a new level. These five aspects are an effective approach to explain the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition.
