基于DMAIC模式的光缆护套壁厚优化

摘要 为了提高光缆企业的经济效益,加强光缆产品护套材料成本控制,确保所生产的光缆护套厚度在满足行业标准要求的基础上避免材料浪费,必须提高护套壁厚过程控制能力,优化护套壁厚。通过DMAIC模式的运用,定义护套壁厚平均值为项目研究对象,测量和评估后得到10项潜在失效原因,分析确定了过程关键影响因素为设备挤出温度,找出最优的改进方案使护套壁厚控制过程的缺陷或变异降至最低,通过修订工艺文件、操作规程等维持改进固化成果,统计过程监控寻求持续改进。持续对比跟踪结果表明基于DMAIC模式的光缆护套壁厚优化的效果显著。 In order to improve the economic benefits of optical cable enterprises,strengthen the cost control of sheath materials of optical cable products,ensure that the thickness of optical cable sheath meets the requirements of industry standards and avoid material waste,it is necessary to improve the process control ability of sheath wall thickness and optimize the sheath wall thickness.Through the application of DMAIC mode,the average value of sheath wall thickness is defined as the research object of the project.After measurement and evaluation,10 potential failure causes are obtained.The key influencing factor of the process is determined as the extrusion temperature of the equipment.The optimal improvement scheme is found to minimize the defects or variations in the sheath wall thickness control process.The improvement curing results are maintained by revising the process documents and operating procedures,and the continuous improvement is sought by statistical process monitoring.The continuous contrast tracking results show that the optimization effect of the optical cable sheath wall thickness based on DMAIC mode is significant.
