摘要
为了给城市生活垃圾焚烧过程参数控制与优化方法的研究提供便捷的操作环境,开发了一套可以对该过程模型运行状态进行操作的软件。在分析功能、数据等需求的基础上,根据模块化编程思想设计了由人机界面、后台模型和模块通讯组成的三层软件架构,并采用基于.Net平台的C#语言、Unity3D引擎、MATLAB、OPC等工具实现了各功能模块及其通讯软件。实验测试结果表明该软件可正常显示和操作垃圾焚烧过程参数与设备的运行状态,为研究城市生活垃圾焚烧过程的运行机理和控制方法奠定了基础。
In order to provide a convenient operating environment for the study of parameter control and optimization method of municipal solid waste(MSW)incineration process,a set of software which can operate the running state of the process model is developed in this paper.Based on the analysis of function,data and other requirements,a three-layer software architecture composed of human-machine interface,background model and module communication is designed according to the modular programming idea.The function modules and communication software are realized by using C#language based on.Net platform,Unity3 D engine,MATLAB,OPC and other tools.The experimental results show that the software can display and operate the parameters of MSW incineration process and the running stateof equipment,which lays a foundation for the study of the operation mechanism and control method of MSW incineration process.
