摘要
针对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)调速系统中,传统的控制算法难以满足稳、准、快的性能要求。在分析动态柔性变结构控制的基础上,将其简化,并与经典PI控制方法相融合,设计了一种简化的动态柔性变结构PI(SDSVSPI)控制算法,应用到无刷直流电机的速度控制系统中。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建无刷直流电机闭环控制仿真模型,分别采用PI控制、变饱和柔性变结构控制和SDSVSPI控制进行闭环反馈控制。仿真结果表明:采用SDSVSPI控制较PI控制和变饱和柔性变结构控制缩短了调节和整理时间,转矩脉动小,具有更好的控制精度。
In the speed control system of brushless DC motor(BLDCM), the traditional control algorithm is difficult to meet the requirements of stable, accurate and fast performance. Based on the analysis of dynamic soft variable structure control, it is simplified and integrated with the classical PI control method, a simplified dynamic soft variable structure PI(SDSVSPI) control algorithm is designed and applied to the speed control system of BLDCM. The closed-loop control simulation model of BLDCM is established by using MATLAB/Simulink. PI control, variable saturation soft variable structure control and SDSVSPI control are used to closed-loop feedback control. The simulation results show that compared with PI control and variable saturation soft variable structure control, the SDSVSPI control can shorten the time of adjustment and consolidation, reduce the torque ripple and has better control accuracy.
