摘要
针对挂壁式空调器的喘振特性进行研究,在室内机进风口处增加网布,模拟空调器室内机实际进风阻力,进行喘振测试及分析.提出3种蜗舌结构设计改进方案并进行喘振测试验证。结果表明:采用3层和6层测试用网布可以分别模拟空调器室内机使用1年半和3年过滤网依附物的风阻情况;通过调整蜗舌圆角半径及舌面与风机配合尺寸制定改进方案,风阻增大时噪声总值下降2〜3 dB(A),噪声频谱峰谷差值减小6〜7 dB(A),周期性波动消失;在额定制冷/制热工况下,相比原蜗舌,采用3号蜗舌时风量分别下降2.0%和0.5%,制冷量及制热量基本相当。
The surge characteristics of wall-mounted air conditioner is studied,adding mesh cloth at the air inlet of indoor unit,the actual air inlet resistance of indoor unit of air conditioner is simulated,and the surge test is carried out and analyzed.Three improved schemes of volute tongue structure design are put forward,and the surge test is carried out and verified.The results show that the 3-layer and 6-layer test mesh cloth can simulate the air resistance of the filter attachment of the indoor unit of the air conditioner for 1.5 years and 3 years respectively.By adjusting the fillet radius of the volute tongue and the matching size between the tongue surface and the fan,the improvement scheme is formulated.When the air resistance is increased,the total noise value is reduced by 2-3 dB(A),the peak valley difference of the noise spectrum is reduced by 6-7 dB(A),and the periodic fluctuation disappears.Compared with the primary volute tongue,the air volume of No.3 volute tongue decreases by 2.0%and 0.5%respectively under normal refrigeration and heating condition,which basically has no impact on the cooling and heating capacity.
