摘要
介绍压缩机涡旋样品的开发,使用3D打印砂芯技术结合传统铸造工艺,完成涡旋样品铸件浇注成形。缩短涡旋样品铸件的开发周期,降低研制成本。3D打印砂芯技术使涡旋样品铸件开发周期仅为传统的涡旋样品铸件发周期的1/5,使其成本降低了1/2,有效提高了压缩机的研发效率。
This paper introduces the development of scroll sample of compressor.The 3D printing sand core technology combined with traditional casting process,the scroll sample casting pouring was completed.The development leadtime of scroll sample casting is shortened and the development cost is reduced.The 3D printing core technology makes the development leadtime of scroll sample casting only 1/5 of the development leadtime of traditional scroll sample casting,reduces the cost by 1/2,and greatly improves the R&D efficiency.
