摘要
压缩机是空调系统的核心技术,其滑片槽的加工精度,以及气缸与滑片槽配合公差设定.都是影响空调整体性能的重要参量,目前针对滑片槽的研究多以滑片槽加工精度,滑片受力分析等方向开展.鲜有相关文献对装配形变的角度进行的探究。基于此.通过仿真分析以及试验验证的方式,对装配过程中的滑片槽形变进行深入分析,分析方法对气缸结构设计以及工艺力矩的设定提供理论基础。
Compressor is the core technical of air-conditioning system, the machining accuracy of the vane slot, the setting of the matching tolerance between cylinder and vane slot are all important parameters which have an impact on the overall performance of air-conditioning.At present, the research on vane slot is mostly carried out in the direction of machining accuracy or vane slot stress analysis, there are few related literatures in terms of assembly deformation.Based on this, this article will rely on simulation analysis and experimental verification, deeply analyzes the deformation of vane slot in the assembly process, Analytical method provides theoretical basis for the design of cylinder structure and the setting of torque.
