基于加权TOPSIS法的利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液药物利用评价 被引量:14

摘要 目的:建立利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液药物利用评价细则,利用加权优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液的使用情况进行评价,为其临床合理应用提供参考依据。方法:以利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液说明书为基础,参照相关资料,建立基于加权TOPSIS法的利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液药物利用评价细则,并以此为依据,对中山市人民医院2019-2020年100例住院患者利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液的使用情况进行评价。结果:二级指标中疾病诊断及细菌培养和药敏试验结果相对权重排名前两位,医师处方权限及临床疗效监测排名后两位。评价的100份病历中,与理想解相对接近程度(C_(i))等于100%的3例(占比3.0%),介于90%~100%的6例(占比6.0%),介于80%~90%的8例(占比8.0%),介于70%~80%的11例(占比11.0%),介于60%~70%的61例(占比61.0%),50%~60%的11例(占比11.0%)。主要存在的不合理问题表现在疾病诊断、细菌培养和药敏试验结果、用药后实验室检查及病原学检查四个方面。结论:基于加权TOPSIS法的利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液药物利用评价方法可综合多个评价指标,操作性强,评价方法简便灵活。评价结果显示该药的使用较为合理。 OBJECTIVE To establish the detailed rules for evaluating drug utilization of linezolid injection by weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)to provide references for its clinical rational application.METHODS Based upon the package insert of linezolid injection,the relevant regulations and weighted TOPSIS method,the evaluation rules of linezolid injection were established.And use of linezolid injection in 100 inpatients from 2019 to 2020 was evaluated.RESULTS Among secondary parameters,the relative weights of disease diagnosis,bacterial culture&drug sensitivity test results ranked top two and physicians'prescription authority and clinical efficacy monitoring ranked bottom two.Among 100 cases,3 cases(3.0%)had a relative proximity(C_(i))equal to 100%,6 cases(6.0%)90%-100%,8 cases(8.0%)80%-90%,11 cases(11.0%)70%-80%,61 cases(61.0%)60%-70%and 11 cases(11.0%)50%-60%.The major unreasonable problems were manifested in four aspects of disease diagnosis,bacterial culture&drug susceptibility test results,laboratory examinations and pathogenic examinations after medication.CONCLUSION Drug utilization evaluation method of linezolid injection based upon weighted TOPSIS method can integrate multiple evaluation parameters.With a strong operability,evaluation method is simple and flexible.Use of linezolid injection is reasonable.
