电镀废水膜处理设备泄露原因探析

摘要 某电镀废水膜处理设备运行数周后,管接件出现不同程度的泄露。分析发现泄露部位多存在于膜设备的浓缩与超浓缩工段,且为不锈钢阀门连接的两端接头处,表面可见多处黑色或者深褐色的斑点。根据泄露特点,结合该电镀废水膜处理设备管段中流经的介质成分,从不锈钢材料特点、腐蚀类型、焊接工艺三个方面,简要探析管接件泄露原因,并提出解决措施,为改善电镀废水膜处理设备管接件泄露问题提供技术支撑。 After running for a few of weeks,different degrees of leakage appeared on the pipe fittings of electroplating wastewater treatment by membrane technology.It was found that most of the leak sites were black and dark brown,which occurred in the concentrated and super-concentrated sections of the membrane treatment equipment,especially on the joints at both ends of the stainless steel valves.According to the characteristics of leakage and thecompositionoftheliquid in pipe,in order to provide technical support for improving the problem of leakage on membrane treatment equipment for electroplating waste water,the causes and solutions of the leakage were analyzed from three aspects including featuresofstainless steel,corrosion types,and welding processes.
