摘要
为考察网络负面评价恐惧、自尊、领悟社会支持和主观幸福感之间的关系,从黑龙江、天津和贵州三地随机选取510名教师,采用负面评价恐惧量表、自尊量表、领悟社会支持量表和主观幸福感量表进行问卷调查,运用SPSS软件进行数据分析.结果表明:网络负面评价恐惧、自尊均显著预测教师主观幸福感,自尊在网络负面评价恐惧和主观幸福感的关系中起到部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应32.35%,95%置信区间为[-0.17,-0.07];社会支持调节了中介前半段,社会支持高时,网络负面评价恐惧与自尊间的负向关系减弱,反之则强.结论:自尊在网络负面评价恐惧和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用,且领悟社会支持调节了这一中介机制的前半路径.
In order to examine the relationship between online negative evaluation fear,self-esteem,perceived social support and subjective well-being,510 teachers randomly selected from Heilongjiang,Tianjin and Guizhou were subjected to a questionnaire survey by use of the negative evaluation fear scale,self-esteem scale,and perceived social support scale and the SPSS software was then used for data analysis.The results showed that:both online negative evaluation fear and self-esteem significantly predict teachers'subjective well-being.Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between online negative evaluation fear and subjective well-being with the mediating effect accounting for 32.35%of the total effect,and the 95%confidence interval is[-0.17,-0.07];Social support moderates the first half of the mediation.When the social support is high,the negative relationship between online negative evaluation fear and self-esteem weakens,and vice versa.Conclusion:Self-esteem plays a partially mediating role between the fear of negative online evaluation and subjective well-being,and the social support understanding regulates the first half of this mediating mechanism.
