皮革部位与静态吸水和动态防水性能关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 在皮革生产加工过程中,需要使用防水手段提高皮革制品的防水、防污性能,以更好地延长皮革制品的使用寿命。以常规控制图为分析方法,研究结果表明:静态防水性能离散度:臀部<背脊部<<腹肷部,其中腹肷部离散度≥10%,静态吸水率臀部<背脊部<腹肷部,从数据稳定性上看,测试静态吸水性能时,应尽可能取臀部或背脊部;对于动态防水性能而言,离散度和动态防水次数:臀部≈背脊部≈腹肷部,数据离散度均小于10%,不同皮革部位的动态防水性能较为一致。 In the process of leath er production and processing,it is necessary to use waterproof methods to improve the waterproof and antifouling performance,so as to better extend the service life of leather products.Using the Shewhart control chart as the analysis method,the results showed that the dispersion of static waterproof performance:buttocks<back<<abdomen,in which the dispersion of abdomen part≥10%,static water absorption rate of buttocks<back<abdomen,in terms of data stability,the buttocks or back part should be taken as much as possible when testing static water absorption performance;for dynamic waterproof performance,the dispersion and dynamic waterproof times:buttocks≈back≈abdomen,and the data dispersion was less than 10%,the dynamic waterproof performance of different leather parts was relatively consistent.
