摘要 氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖具有较好的分散性、稳定性、防水性和抗菌性。通过研究氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖与光亮剂复配涂层的物理机械性能与防水性能发现,适量的氨基化石墨烯可较好地分散在壳聚糖基质中,当添加量为5%时涂层的物理机械性能和防水性能均有较大提升;氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖与聚氨酯的相容性优于硝化棉;氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖应用于皮革涂饰时,可赋予成品革优异的物理机械性能、防水性能和抗菌性能,其中涂层耐磨耗可达4级,耐干/湿擦5级,动态防水10000次不透水,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率≥99.9%。 Aminated graphene/chitosan has good dispersibility,stability,water resistance and antibacterial properties.Based on the physical mechanical properties and waterproof performance of aminated graphene/chitosan and brightener composite coating,the results showed that an appropriate amount of aminated graphene can be better dispersed in the chitosan matrix,and the equivalent amount was 5%,the physical mechanical properties and waterproof performance of the coating were greatly improved;the compatibility of aminated graphene/chitosan and polyurethane was better than nitrocellulose;the physical mechanical properties,waterproof performance and antibacterial properties were significantly improved when aminated graphene/chitosan was used in leather finishing.Among them,the coating wear resistance was improved to level 4,the dry/wet rubbing resistance was enhanced to level 5,dynamic waterproof lasted for 10,000 times and the antibacterial rate against Klebsiella pneumoniae,staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was≥99.9%.
