摘要
结合潮州外环大桥主墩承台的工程实例,根据所处的地质水文特点,应用单壁钢套箱围堰施工技术。采用极限应力法有限元软件进行相关分析计算,简化现场安装作业,提高构件的周转率,确保钢套箱围堰结构可靠。给出单壁钢套箱结构底板、侧板、提吊及下放、围囹、内支撑及导向架系统的设计方法以及相关施工工艺等内容,为类似工程提供参考。
Combined with main pier cap construction project of Chaozhou outer ring bridge,according to the geological and hydrological characteristics of the site,single-wall steel box cofferdam construction technology is applied in this project.The finite element software of limit stress method is used for correlation analysis and calculation to simplify on-site installation operations and improve the turnover rate of components,and ensure the reliable structure of steel box cofferdam.The design methods and construction techniques of soleplate,side plate,hoisting and lowering,framing scaffold,internal support and guide frame system of single-wall steel box structure are presented,which can provide reference for similar projects.
