摘要
阐述了在蒙华铁路项目投标过程中,投标项目组针对招标图纸中没有给出部分既有线接长涵洞开挖支护结构图纸问题,组织技术人员进行设计,并通过理论模型计算确定了拉森钢板桩和工字形钢板桩2种支护结构形式,规避项目潜在风险的发生。项目中标后,通过组织现场试打,最终确定了工字形钢板桩设计方案为最优的支护结构形式,确保了既有线接长涵洞的顺利施工。
This paper expounds that in the bidding process of MengHua railway project,the bidding project team aimed at the problem that part of the culvert's excavation and supporting structure drawings of the extension of the existing cable were not given in the bidding drawings,organized technical personnel to design,two supporting structures,Larsen steel sheet pile and I-shape steel sheet pile,are determined by theoretical model calculation,to avoid the occurrence of potential risks of the project.After the project was awarded,the design scheme of I-steel sheet pile was finally determined as the optimal supporting structure form by organizing the field trial,which ensured the smooth construction of the culvert connecting the existing cable.
