摘要
提出一种基于MNF的空调电机启动控制设备变形量激光检测方法。首先,利用激光扫描技术获得空调电机启动控制设备的具体变形位置,利用改进的最小噪声分离变换(MNF)方法,估计噪声信息并通过差分计算进行降维处理;然后,利用激光检测技术确定空调电机启动控制设备在低维噪声图像中的变形程度;最后,进行仿真实验测试。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低虚警率以及漏检率。
A laser detection method based on MNF for deformation of air conditioning motor starting control equipment is proposed.Firstly,laser scanning technology is used to obtain the specific deformation position of air conditioning motor starting control equipment.The improved minimum noise separation transform(MNF)method is used to estimate the noise information and reduce the dimension by differential calculation.Then,the deformation degree of the air conditioning motor starting control equipment in the low dimensional noise image is determined by using the laser detection technology.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and miss detection rate.
