High-frequency ultrasound for evaluation of port-wine stain

摘要 目的观察高频超声评估焰色痣的价值。方法纳入135例单发焰色痣患者,比较不同性别、部位及类型焰色痣患者皮损厚度差及其血流分级,观察高频超声评估焰色痣的价值。结果焰色痣皮损厚度及血流分级均大于正常皮肤(P均<0.05)。男性患者皮损厚度差及其血流分级均大于女性(P均<0.05);不同部位焰色痣皮损厚度差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而头部皮损的血流分级大于颈部、躯干及四肢(P均<0.05);增厚型皮损厚度差大于紫红型及红型(P均<0.05),且紫红型皮损厚度差大于红型(P<0.05),而增厚型及紫红型皮损血流分级均大于红型(P均<0.05)。焰色痣皮损血流分级与其厚度差呈中等正相关(r=0.42,P<0.05),而患者年龄与皮损厚度差及血流评级均呈弱正相关(r=0.32、0.34,P均<0.05)。结论高频超声可观察焰色痣皮损厚度及血流情况,有助于评估病情进展。 Objective To observe the value of high-frequency ultrasound for evaluation of port-wine stain.Methods A total of 135 patients with single lesion of port-wine stain were enrolled.The thickness and blood flow grade of lesions were compared between patients with different gender,location and different lesion classifications.The value of high-frequency ultrasound for evaluating port-wine stain was observed.Results The thickness and blood flow grade of lesions of port-wine stains were greater than those of normal skins(both P<0.05),and the thickness difference and blood flow grade of lesions in males were greater than those in females(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference of thickness of lesions among different locations(P>0.05),while the blood flow grades of cephalic lesions were higher than those of cervical,acral and truncal lesions(all P<0.05).The thickness difference of thickened-type lesions was greater than that of red-type and purple-type lesions(both P<0.05),of purple-type lesions was greater than that of red-type lesions(P<0.05).The blood flow grades of thickened-type and purple-type lesions were higher than that of red-type lesions(both P<0.05).The blood flow grade was moderately positively correlated with the thickness difference of lesions(r=0.42,P<0.05),while patients age was weakly positively correlated with the thickness difference and blood flow grade of lesions(r=0.32,0.34,both P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound could depict the thickness and blood flow of lesions of port-wine stain,hence being helpful for evaluating the development of disease.
