摘要
为了筛选防控甘蔗梢腐病的复合高效配方药剂及精准施药技术,为甘蔗梢腐病精准高效防控提供新产品、新技术支撑,选用多菌灵、苯菌灵、百菌清、嘧菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、苯甲·嘧菌酯6种药剂进行田间药效试验和生产示范验证。结果表明,3个配方药剂50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1500 g/hm^(2)+75%百菌清可湿性粉剂1500 g/hm^(2)、50%苯菌灵可湿性粉剂1500 g/hm^(2)+75%百菌清可湿性粉剂1500 g/hm^(2)和25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂600 mL/hm^(2)分别与磷酸二氢钾2400 g/hm^(2)和农用增效助剂300 mL/hm^(2)复配后对甘蔗梢腐病均具有良好的防治效果,其病株率均在8.62%以下,防效均达90.73%以上,较空白对照甘蔗实测产量平均增加15489 kg/hm^(2)以上,糖分增加1.8%以上,每公顷用药成本仅270元。本研究显示3个配方药剂是防控甘蔗梢腐病理想的复合高效配方药剂,可在7月-8月发病初期人工和无人机飞防叶面喷施、7~10 d喷1次,连喷2次,可有效控制甘蔗梢腐病暴发流行。
The aim of this study was to screen out the high-efficiency compound formula agents against sugarcane pokkah boeng and its application technology,so as to provide new products and technology support for the precise and efficient prevention and control of sugarcane pokkah boeng.Field efficacy trial and production demonstration were carried out with six agents,including carbendazim,benomy,chlorothalonil,azoxystrobin,pyraclostrobin and difenoconazole·azoxystrobin.The results showed that three formula agents had good control efficacy on sugarcane pokkah boeng,which were 1500 g/hm^(2) of carbendazim 50%WP+1500 g/hm^(2) of chlorothalonil 75%WP,1500 g/hm^(2) of benomyl 50%WP+1500 g/hm^(2) of chlorothalonil 75%WP and 600 mL/hm^(2) pyraclostrobin 25%SC.These formulations all contained 2400 g/hm^(2) KH_(2)PO_(4)+300 mL/hm^(2) agricultural synergistic auxiliaries.The disease incidence of three formula agents was below 8.62%,and the control efficacy was above 90.73%.Compared with the blank control,their measured yield and sugar content increased by 15489 kg/hm^(2) and over 1.8%on average,respectively,and the agents cost per hm^(2) was only 270 yuan.Three formula agents were proved to be ideal high-efficiency compound formula agents for controlling sugarcane pokkah boeng disease in this study.At initial stage of pokkah boeng disease from July to August,one of the three formula agents can be sprayed on the leaves via artificial and unmanned aerial vehicles once every 7-10 days and sprayed twice continuously,which can effectively control the outbreak and epidemic of sugarcane pokkah boeng disease.
