摘要
通过对轿车发动机缸盖挡尘片形状和尺寸进行分析,采用级进模进行落料、弯曲、拉深和翻边、整形工序成形。模具结构共分成4个区域,分别设置有2、4、2和3个工步,既能解决因模板过厚造成闭合高度过高的问题,又能实现模具零件的快速更换,该级进模顺利完成制件的多工位成形,达到了生产效率高、成形制件质量好、加工成本低的目的。
Through the analysis on the shape and size of the dust shield sheet of the car engine cylinder head,the blanking,bending,stretching,and flanging process were performed in a progressive die.The die structure was divided into four regions,which set 2,4,2 and 3 steps respectively,which could solve the problem that large die height and rapid replacement of die parts.
