摘要
针对塑件壁薄且深的结构特点,分析了塑件分型面,设计了液压二次抽芯机构避免抽芯时损坏塑件内壁;还设计了定模斜滑块推出机构,解决了塑件顶部外表面斜孔脱模的问题;通过动模斜导柱抽芯完成了塑件底面倒扣脱模;通过动模斜顶组件抽芯实现塑件内部倒扣的脱模。
According to the structural characteristics of deep plastic parts with thin wall,the parting line was analyzed.The hydraulic secondary core pulling structure was designed to avoid damage when the inner wall of plastic parts was core-pulling.The angled slider in the fixed half of mould was designed to demould the oblique hole on the top surface of plastic parts;the angle pin core-pulling in the moving half of mould was designed for demoulding the buckles on the bottom of the plastic;the angle ejector rod core-pulling in the moving half of mould finished the internal inverted buckles demoulding.
