摘要
针对高光款空调面板局部显示减薄区域的缺陷问题,从注射模设计的角度进行创新设计,介绍了2种不同的模具设计方案,并根据试验仿真数据对比,证明3D打印技术可以解决高光款空调面板局部显示减薄区域的缺陷问题,提高模具组装效率、降低制造成本,并便于运输和生产。
Aiming at the defect of local thinned area on the bloom type air-conditioning panel,it focus on two different design schemes from the view of injection mould design.Based on the comparison of the simulation data,it proved that the 3D printing technology could solve the defect problem of the part display thinning area of bloom type air-conditioning panel.Also,the die assembly efficiency was improved,and more convenient to transport and product.
