采用交流海缆接入的海上风电场无功配置方法 被引量:10

摘要 对于海上风电采用交流电缆接入电网的形式,由于电缆充电功率较大,在接入电缆超过一定距离时,可能导致海上风电工程及其并网点电压以及载流量控制困难。针对上述问题,本文提出了海上风电经由交流海缆接入输变电工程无功配置方法。该方法可确定初步的无功配置方案;然后对不同方案下海缆的载流量以及沿线的电压分布情况进行了分析;最后,结合不同接入功率下接入点的电压波动情况,验证初步无功配置方案的可行性。 As for the access of AC cable to the power grid for the offshore wind power,since the charging power of the cable is big and in case of the access cable exceeds certain distance,they may cause difficulty in controlling the voltage and carrying capacity of the offshore wind power project and its grid connection point. In view of the above problems,the reactive power configuration method that the offshore wind power is accessed to power transmission and distribution project via AC submarine cables is proposed. The method can determine the preliminary reactive power configuration scheme. Then,the current carrying capacity of the submarine cables and the voltage distribution along the line are analyzed under different schemes.Finally,the feasibility of the preliminary reactive power configuration scheme is verified in combination with the voltage fluctuation of the access point under different access powers.
