摘要
运行中并联电抗器故障将会影响系统的电能质量,对电网的安全稳定运行构成威胁,分析其故障成因对维护电网安全具有重要意义。论文针对某油浸式并联电抗器运行中多次色谱异常问题展开分析,通过三比值法得出3次可能存在的缺陷分别为过热兼放电、低温过热、电弧放电,结合最后1次的返厂拆解,得出导致电抗器色谱异常的原因为铁心片间短路引起涡流损耗增加,产生局部过热烧毁绝缘垫板,最终导致绝缘短路。为提升设备可靠性,分别从设计、投入、运行、检测、检修提出合理的防治措施,为同类型设备的隐患治理、运行维护提供借鉴。
The fault of shunt reactor in operation will affect power quality of the system,pose a threat to the safe and stable operation of power grid,therefore,it’s of great significance to analyze the causes of its faults and maintain safety of power grid.The analysis for multiple times of abnormal chromatography problem of certain oil immersed shunt reactor in operation is developed in this paper.Three possibly existed defects,which is obtained by the three ratio method,are overheat and discharge,low temperature and overheat and arc discharge.It is concluded,in combination with the return and disassembly at the manufacturer for the last time,that the reason leading to the abnormal chromatography of reactor is the increase of eddy current loss due to short circuit between core pieces,burning of insulation pad due to partial overheat,eventually leading to the short circuit of insulation.For improving reliability of the equipment,the reasonable prevention and control measures are proposed from such aspects as design,input,operation,detection and maintenance respectively so as to provide reference for the treatment and operation maintenance of the same type of equipment.
