摘要
准确度试验是CVT抽检测试项目的重要一环,目前在线监测方法对于异常状态无法准确地考核,为此,提出了一种适用于渐变性误差下的CVT准确度考核方法。本文搭建了CVT计量误差对比测试平台CVT,结合传统主元和改进主元分析的方法,对温度、频率等干扰下的渐变性误差进行了评估。试验表明,改进主元分析的方法可自动调节Q阈值,评估精确度较高,优于传统主元分析方法;随着温度的升高,CVT比差会减小,角差会增大;随着频率的增加,CVT比差和角差均减小。本文方法为渐变性误差下CVT的准确度测试提供一定的技术支撑。
Accuracy test is important part of sampling test for CVT. At present,the online monitoring method cannot accurately assess the abnormal state. Therefore,the accuracy assessment method of CVT,which is suitable for gradual error,is proposed. In this paper,the test platform of measurement error and comparison for CVT is set up. The gradual error under temperature,frequency and other disturbances are evaluated in combination with traditional PCA analysis and improved PCA analysis. The test shows that the improved PCA method can automatically adjust Q threshold with higher evaluation accuracy and is better than the traditional PCA method. With the increase of temperature,ratio difference of CVT can decreases and angle difference of CVT can increase.While,with the increase of frequency,both ratio and angle difference of CVT decrease. The method in this paper provides a definite technical support for accuracy assessment of CVT under gradual error.
