CFO能力与涉农类上市公司经营业绩的关联性测度

Correlation Measurement of CFO Capability Characteristics and Business Performance of Agriculture-related Listed Companies

基于2020年180家涉农上市公司的经营业绩与财务总监(Chief Financial Officer,简称CFO)能力素质特征的数据,运用多元回归法研究了CFO能力特征与涉农类上市公司经营业绩的关联性,结果发现:涉农上市公司的CFO的个人能力素质特征性别、年龄、学历、任职年限、兼职高管、持股、职业资格和职称等指标对公司经营业绩每股收益率的影响并不显著,薪酬和持股机制对涉农公司经营业绩具有显著的影响,主要原因在于CFO能力素质较低、CFO制度不健全、CFO信息披露不规范。建议转变CFO的岗位职能,建立科学的CFO选拔制度,构建高效的CFO激励机制,以及建立规范的CFO信息披露制度。

Based on the data of business performance and the Chief Financial Officer(CFO)competency characteristics of 180 agriculture-related listed companies in 2020,this paper used multiple regression analysis to explore the correlation between the characteristics of CFO’s ability and the performance of listed agricultural companies.The results showed that the factors including gender,age,educational background,length of service,part-time senior manager,stock holding,professional qualification and professional title had no significant influence on the earnings per share of the company’s operating performance,whereas the salary and stockholding mechanism had a significant effect on the performance of agricultural companies.The major reasons include that the quality of CFO is low,the system of CFO is not perfect,and the information disclosure of CFO is not standard.It is suggested to change the position function of CFO,establish a scientific selection system of CFO,construct an efficient incentive mechanism for CFO,and build a standardized CFO information disclosure system.
