摘要 文章回顾总结了国内高职院校“双师型”师资建设相关研究成果,明确在“双高计划”背景下开展“双师型”师资建设绩效评价研究的目的和意义。从评价原则、评价方法、评价对象与内容、评价指标等方面构建起高职院校“双师型”师资建设绩效评价体系,为各高职院校“双师型”师资建设成效监测提供方法支持,以期建立“双师型”师资建设常态化的科学评价体系。 This paper reviews and summarizes relevant research results of"double-qualified"faculty construction in higher vocational colleges in China,and clarifies the purpose and significance of carrying out performance evaluation research on"double-qualified"faculty construction under the background of"Double-High Program".Besides,it discusses the construction of performance evaluation system of"double qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the evaluation principle,evaluation method,evaluation object and content,evaluation index ect.in order to establish a scientific evaluation system of"double qualified"teachers and to provide method support for monitoring the teaching effectiveness in the school.
