摘要
本文介绍一例伴有较强抑郁情绪的严重心理问题的大一学生咨询案例,经过认知行为治疗得到好转。在咨询过程中,主要采用了心理教育、正念冥想技术、认知矫正治疗、行为实验治疗等方法,经过10次会谈过程,来访者情绪稳定,社会功能得到明显改善,能够轻松处理人际关系情境,学习成绩显著提高。本研究结果证明,认知行为治疗能够有效帮助伴有较强抑郁情绪的大学生恢复社会功能。
This paper mainly introduces a counseling case of a freshman with serious psychological problems accompanied by strong depression.The psychological shadow caused by his childhood stuttering seriously affected his social function,and he was withdrawn,self-contemptuous and afraid of speaking,which was improved by cognitive behavioral therapy.In the counseling process,psychological education,mindfulness meditation technology,cognitive correction therapy,behavioral experimental therapy and other methods were used.After 10 sessions of interviews,the student's emotional stability,social function has been significantly improved,and he began to be able to handle interpersonal situations with easiness,and his academic performance has been significantly improved.The results of this study prove that cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively help college students with strong depression to recover their social functions.
