中职学生学习观的现状审视与引导对策——基于12686名广东中职学生的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 中职学生学习观的正确与否,关系着学生能否形成个体发展所需要的基本能力与核心素养,制约着职业教育的发展前景与实践作为。为探清中职学生对学习的基本看法,更好地引导和帮助中职学生有效学习,采用线上问卷调查的方式,采集了12686名广东中职学生有关学习观的基本态度数据。经过对所收集数据的整理和分析,发现大部分中职学生在学习目的、学习内容、学习方法、自主学习等方面能形成正确认知。中职学生学习观现状的形成,与中职学生的能力特点、学习经历以及中职学校的办学特色紧密相关。中职学校在培养学生上,要关注学生的学习观培育和引导,采用有效的对策,帮助学生解决学习困难,为学生完成学业和成人成才奠定良好的基础。 The correctness of secondary vocational students'learning outlook is related to whether students can form the basic abilities and core qualities required for individual development,and restricts the development prospects and practice achievements of vocational education.In order to investigate the basic learning outlooks of secondary vocational students,and to better guide and help secondary vocational students to learn effectively,an online questionnaire surveys was conducted and data were collected on the basic attitudes of 12,686 secondary vocational students in Guangdong with regard to their learning outlooks.After sorting out and analyzing the collected data,it is found that most secondary vocational students have formed correct cognition in terms of learning purposes,learning content,learning methods,independent learning,etc.The survey also finds that the formation of the status quo of secondary vocational students'learning outlooks is closely related to the characteristics of the abilities of secondary vocational students,their learning experiences,and the characteristics of secondary vocational schools.In the process of cultivating students,secondary vocational schools should pay attention to the cultivation and guidance of students’learning outlooks,adopt effective measures to help students solve learning difficulties,and lay a good foundation for students to complete their studies and become talented adults.
