面对国内宽带和电视业务激烈的竞争环境,近些年,广电运营商推行了装维营一体网格化的管理运营模式,专人专岗为客户提供全流程服务,通过便捷式装维工具的开发与应用,探索实现了业务安装维护流程标准化、工单呈现可视化和故障排查智能化等创新,取得了良好社会效益和经济效益。

Facing fierce competition environment of domestic broadband and TV business,in recent years,radio and television operators have implemented grid management and operation mode of integrating installation,maintenance and operation,and specially assigned personnel to provide customers with whole process services.Through development and application of portable installation and maintenance tools,this paper explores and realizes innovations such as standardization of business installation and maintenance process,visualization of work order presentation and intelligent troubleshooting,which has achieved good social and economic benefits.
