摘要
实践育人是高校人才培养的重要理念,也是高校建设工作的重要任务。针对少数民族学生思想政治教育实践育人目标不明晰、主体协调不畅、考核评价体系有待优化等现状,尊重少数民族文化价值取向,厚植实践育人理念并形成内容管理机制、筑牢实践育人共同体运行机制、构建多元化科学考核评价机制,为少数民族学生思想政治教育水平的提升提供践行思路。
Practical education is not only an important concept of talent training in colleges and universities,but also an important task of university construction.In view of the unclear goals of ideological and political education practice for ethnic minority students,poor coordination of the main body,and the need to optimize the assessment and evaluation system,we should respect the cultural value orientation of ethnic minorities,cultivate the concept of practical education,form a content management mechanism,and strengthen practical education of the human community operation mechanism and the establishment of a diversified scientific assessment and evaluation mechanism,so that we can provide practical ideas for the improvement of the ideological and political education level of ethnic minority students.
