随着数字化时代到来,互联网经济迅速发展,平台经济与传统的劳动有着明显差别。传统经济下的劳动监控模式已经不适用于数字经济。以平台外卖骑手为例,不在场监控下的劳动过程成为劳动的主要模式。如何更好地保障劳动者的合法权益,不仅是外卖平台所遇到的问题,更是新经济模式下的共同问题。

With the advent of the digital age,the Internet economy is developing rapidly.Platform economy is obviously different from traditional labor.The labor monitoring model under the traditional economy is no longer suitable for the digital economy.Taking platform takeout riders as an example,the labor process under absent monitoring has become the main mode of labor.How to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers is not only a problem encountered by the takeout platform,but also a common problem under the new economic model.
