两种不同内固定材料治疗后踝关节骨折患者的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Two Different Internal Fixation Materials in the Treatment of Patients with Posterior Ankle Fractures

目的:分析两种不同内固定材料治疗后踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法:抽取2013年1月-2019年1月在九江市第一人民医院骨科进行手术治疗的58例后踝关节骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据接受固定材料的不同进行分组,采用螺钉固定的患者纳入对照组(n=29),采用钢板固定的患者纳入观察组(n=29)。对比分析两组临床治疗效果、手术指标及不良事件。结果:观察组总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的72.41%(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间为(79.67±11.45)min,显著长于对照组的(72.14±12.26)min(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间、愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为3.45%,低于对照组的34.48%(P<0.05)。结论:钢板内固定治疗后踝关节骨折效果佳,可有效缩短患者的住院时间,安全性高且不会增加术中出血量,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of two different internal fixation materials in the treatment of patients with posterior ankle fractures.Method:The clinical data of 58 patients with posterior ankle fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Orthopedics of the First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2013 to January 2019 were collected for retrospective analysis,and they were grouped according to the different fixation materials received,patients with internal nail fixation were included in the control group(n=29),and those with steel plate fixation were included in the observation group(n=29).The clinical treatment effects,surgical indicators and complications of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was(79.67±11.45)min,which was significantly longer than(72.14±12.26)min of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was 3.45%,which was lower than 34.48%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plate internal fixation for the treatment of posterior ankle fractures has a good therapeutic effect,it can effectively reduce the patient’s hospital stay and shorten the patient’s hospital stay,it’s safe and does not increase the amount of intraoperative blood loss.,it’s worthy of clinical application.
