循证护理模式在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术中的实施效果分析

Effect Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing Model in Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystic Exfoliation

目的:探究循证护理模式在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术中的实施效果。方法:选取本院自2019年1月-2020年12月收治的采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者100例。随机将患者分为试验组及参照组,每组50例,参照组采用常规护理,试验组在此基础上给予循证护理模式。对比两组术后疼痛、术后焦虑、肠胃功能恢复时长、下床时间、住院时长、术后并发症发生情况以及患者的护理满意度。结果:试验组术后疼痛、术后焦虑、肠胃功能恢复时长、下床时间、住院时长显著优于参照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于参照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理模式在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术中的实施效果较好,患者的术后指标均得到显著改善、术后并发症明显降低,患者护理满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing model in laparoscopic ovarian cystic exfoliation.Method:A total of 100 patients with ovarian cysts treated by laparoscopic ovarian cyst exfoliation in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing model on this basis.The postoperative pain,postoperative anxiety,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed,the length of hospitalization,the occurrence of postoperative complications and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative pain,postoperative anxiety,length of recovery of gastrointestinal function,time of getting out of bed and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of evidence-based nursing model in laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection is better,the postoperative indexes of patients have been significantly improved,the postoperative complications have been significantly reduced,and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high.
