肝癌患者组织CCT6A表达情况及与疾病分期的关系探究

Investigation on the Expression Situation of Tissue CCT6A of Patients with Liver Cancer and Relationship with Disease Stage

目的:探究与分析肝癌患者组织CCT6A表达情况及与疾病分期的关系。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年3月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院90例肝癌患者为观察组,同期90例肝脏良性病变患者为对照组。比较两组的组织CCT6A阳性表达率,比较观察组中不同年龄、性别、病灶直径、血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平及疾病分期患者的CCT6A阳性表达率,采用Spearman秩相关分析组织CCT6A表达情况及与肝癌疾病分期的关系。结果:观察组患者组织CCT6A阳性表达率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中不同年龄、性别、病灶直径及血清AFP水平患者的组织CCT6A阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中疾病分期较高患者的组织CCT6A阳性表达率显著高于疾病分期较低患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,组织CCT6A表达情况与肝癌疾病分期呈正相关(r_(s)=0.796,P<0.05)。结论:肝癌患者的组织CCT6A呈现高表达状态,且与肝癌的疾病分期有密切的关系,因此在肝癌患者中的检测价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the expression situation of tissue CCT6A of patients with liver cancer and relationship with disease stage.Method:A total of 90 patients with liver cancer from January 2019 to March 2021 in the Third People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chosen as the observation group,90 patients with benign liver lesions at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the tissue CCT6A positive rates of two groups were compared,and the tissue CCT6A positive rates of observation group with different ages,gender,lesion diameter,serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)levels and disease stages were compared,then the tissue CCT6A expression situation and disease stages of liver cancer were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The tissue CCT6A positive rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the tissue CCT6A positive rates of observation group with different ages,gender,lesion diameter and serum AFP levels were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).In the observation group,the positive expression rate of CCT6A in patients with higher disease stage was significantly higher than that in patients with lower disease stage,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the tissue CCT6A was positively correlated with disease stage of liver cancer(r_(s)=0.796,P<0.05).Conclusion:The tissue CCT6A of patients with liver cancer show higher expression state,and it is closely related to disease stage,so its detection value in the patients with liver cancer is higher.
