SIRT3相关的中医药治疗神经退行性疾病的机制研究进展

Advances in the Mechanism of SIRT3-related Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases

沉默信息调节因子3(silent information regulator 3,SIRT3)是NAD;依赖性Ⅲ类组蛋白去乙酰化酶。SIRT3可以通过去乙酰化关键蛋白的方式减少神经元的氧化应激,保护神经元。近期研究发现,多种植物中存在的天然化合物可减少氧化应激,起到神经保护作用。本文重点研究了SIRT3及相关通路对中医药疗法的神经保护作用的贡献,为临床治疗干预神经退行性疾病开拓了新方向。

Silent information regulator 3(SIRT3)is a NAD;dependent classⅢhistone deacetylase.Via deacetylation key proteins,SIRT3 can reduce oxidative stress,thus protect nerve cells.Recent studies have discovered that natural compounds existed in many plants can take an effective neuroprotective role by reducing oxidative stress.The key research of this essay is SIRT3 and how its relating passages contribute to neuroprotective effect of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy which exploits new direction for clinical treatment of neurodegenerative disorder.
