摘要
目的:探讨磷脂酰谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Gpx4)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集2016年1月-2019年12月甘肃省人民医院经病理活检确诊的67例DLBCL患者的临床资料,设为淋巴瘤组,同期收集20例反应性增生性淋巴组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测淋巴瘤组及对照组中Gpx4、PCNA的表达水平。结果:Gpx4、PCNA在淋巴瘤组中的阳性表达率分别为31.34%和64.18%,均高于对照组中的5.00%、15.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同LDH水平、临床分期、B症状情况、骨髓侵犯情况DLBCL患者的PCNA表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期、B症状情况DLBCL患者的Gpx4表达比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在67例DLBCL组织中,Gpx4和PCNA阳性表达分别为21、43例,其中两者同时呈现阳性表达的有18例,同时呈现阴性表达的21例。结论:Gpx4和PCNA在DLBCL病理组织中呈高水平表达。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of phosphatidyl glutathione peroxidase(Gpx4)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Method:Clinical data of 67 DLBCL patients diagnosed by pathological biopsy in Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were collected,they were assigned to lymphoma group,and 20 reactive hyperproliferative lymphoid tissues were collected as control group.The expression levels of Gpx4 and PCNA in lymphoma group and control group were detected by immunohistochemistry.Result:The positive expression rates of Gpx4 and PCNA in the lymphoma group were 31.34%and 64.18%,respectively,higher than 5.00%and 15.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of PCNA expression in DLBCL patients with different LDH levels,clinical stages,symptoms B and bone marrow invasion,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of Gpx4 expression in DLBCL patients with different clinical stages,symptoms of B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In 67 DLBCL tissues,Gpx4 and PCNA were positive in 21 and 43 cases,respectively,including 18 cases of both positive and 21 cases of both negative expression.Conclusion:Gpx4 and PCNA are highly expressed in pathological tissues of DLBCL.
