香砂六君子汤加减对晚期胃癌患者转移相关指标及免疫状态的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Modification Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on Metastasis Related Indexes and Immune State of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探究香砂六君子汤加减对晚期胃癌患者转移相关指标及免疫状态的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年6月80例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用替吉奥胶囊治疗,观察组采用香砂六君子汤加减联合替吉奥胶囊治疗。比较两组胃肠道相关不良反应发生情况、治疗前后转移相关指标[血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)]及免疫状态指标[细胞免疫(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD8^(+))及体液免疫(IgA、IgG及IgM)]。结果:观察组胃肠道相关不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的转移相关指标及免疫状态指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3、6周后,观察组转移相关指标均显著低于对照组,CD8^(+)均显著低于对照组,CD3^(+)及CD4^(+)均显著高于对照组,体液免疫指标均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤加减联合替吉奥胶囊可有效改善晚期胃癌患者转移相关指标及免疫状态,在晚期胃癌患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of modification Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on metastasis related indexes and immune state of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer from October 2018 to June 2020 were chosen as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules,and the observation group was treated with modification Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules.The incidence of gastrointestinal related adverse reactions,metastasis related indexes[serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)]and immune state indexes[cellular immunity(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+))and humoral immunity(IgA,IgG and IgM)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The gastrointestinal related adverse reactions rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the metastasis related indexes and immune state indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the metastasis related indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,CD8^(+)were significantly lower than those in the control group,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the humoral immune indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modification Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules can effectively improve the metastasis related indexes and immune state of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and its application value in the patients with advanced gastric cancer is higher.
