自拟蓉肤消白膏治疗外阴慢性单纯性苔藓的临床观察

Clinical observation of Zini Rongfu Xiaobai Ointment in treating lichen simpex chronicus

[目的]评价外用蓉肤消白膏治疗外阴慢性单纯性苔藓的临床效果,分析其临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将就诊于石家庄市中医院妇二科门诊的外阴慢性单纯性苔藓(湿热型)患者80例,应用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予蓉肤消白膏涂擦治疗,对照组给予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏涂擦治疗。观察患者症状体征在治疗1、2个月的变化情况,及治疗前、治疗2个月两组患者中医症状积分、T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数的变化及不良反应发生情况。[结果]治疗后两组临床疗效指数无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗1、2个月,两组的瘙痒症状、皮肤弹性、病变范围积分、皮肤颜色积分均有下降,治疗组在皮肤弹性、皮肤颜色改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组优于对照组。治疗后两组中医症状总积分比较,两组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]蓉肤消白膏治疗外阴慢性单纯性苔藓,在改善患者皮肤弹性、皮肤颜色方面疗效较好,且可改善患者的免疫功能,具有较好的安全性。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of Rongfu Xiaobai ointment in the treatment of Lichen simpex chronicus,and analyze its clinical efficacy and safety.[Methods]The 80 patients with Lichen simpex chronicus(damp-heat type)who were treated in our clinic were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group using a random number table method.The treatment group was given Rongfu Xiaobai ointment rubbing treatment,and the control group was given hydrocortisone butyrate cream rubbing treatment.The changes of patients’symptoms and signs were observed during 1 and 2 months of treatment,the changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,absolute counts of T lymphocyte subsets,and adverse reactions before and 2 months of treatment were recorded.[Results]There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy index between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 1 month and 2 months,the pruritus symptoms,skin elasticity,lesion area score,and skin color score of the two groups were decreased.The treatment group in the improvement of skin elasticity and skin color was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the absolute counts of serum T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]In treating Lichen simpex chronicus,Rongfu Xiaobai ointment has a good effect in improving the skin elasticity and skin color of the patient,and it can improve the immune function of the patient and has good safety.
