基于象思维浅析“火水未济”病机及其应用

Pathogenesis and application of separation of fire and water based on imagination thought

文章从《周易》卦象入手,探索人体之于此两卦之间的联系。结合文献,对火水未济的基本概念、病因病机、临床表现、中医辨治进行整理与探究分析,最终从不同病证出发,阐释火水未济病机与疾病发生发展之间的关系,从中得到临证启示,以期为今后中医理论的传承与发展奠定基础。

Starting from the hexagrams in Zhouyi,this paper explored the relationship between the human body and the hexagrams.Combining with the literature,we summarized the concept,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Finally,the relationship between pathogenesis and occurrence was explained from different syndromes,so as to obtain the enlightenment and lay a foundation for the inheritance and development of the traditional Chinese medicine.
