中药调节胃部菌群平衡防治胃癌及癌前病变的研究进展

Progress of traditional Chinese medicine regulating gastric flora balance in prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions

正常人体的胃部菌群处于动态平衡状态,帮助维持着消化系统的功能,目前已知的胃部菌群的主要组成包括5大菌门及69个菌属。近年研究表明胃部菌群失衡与胃癌及癌前病变的发生发展有着密切关系,有效地修复胃部菌群的平衡对于防治癌变有着显著意义。中医药在防治胃癌及癌前病变方面有着较好的临床疗效,中医学以整体观念和辨证论治为疾病的防治原则,与微生态学提倡的平衡与协调理念相合,且中药通过口服进入消化道以后,可以直接和胃肠道的菌群起双向调节作用。希望能够从中药调节胃部菌群平衡的新视角切入,为中药防治胃癌及癌前病变研究提供新的思路和借鉴。

The gastric flora of normal human body is in a state of dynamic balance,which helps to maintain the function of the digestive system.At present,the known main composition of gastric flora includes 5 major microflora and 69 genera.In recent years,studies have shown that the imbalance of gastric flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.The overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment are the prevention and treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine,which is consistent with the concept of balance and coordination advocated by microecology.After the traditional Chinese medicine enters the digestive tract by oral administration,it can directly regulate the gastrointestinal flora.It is hoped that the new perspective of traditional Chinese medicine regulating the balance of gastric flora can provide ideas and reference for the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.
