Teaching Practice and Exploration of Reading Course for English Majors Assisted by Mobile Learning

英语阅读作为高校英语专业基础课程,普遍面临着课时量与阅读量、教学要求与学生思辨能力、语言输入与输出等方面难以有效平衡的问题。从问题和现状出发,以整体语言教学理念为指导,探索“导学—阅读—探究—发展”的英语阅读教学模式,以及利用移动技术在该模式下实现学生阅读能力和教学效果提升的策略。

As a basic course for English majors in colleges and universities,English reading generally faces some problems such as the imbalance between the amount of class hours and reading hours,teaching requirements and students’thinking ability,language input and output.In view of the problem and the current situation,guided by the overall language teaching concept,the paper explores the teaching model of“guided learning-reading-inquiry-development”and the application of mobile learning in promoting students’reading ability and teaching effects in the above model.
