摘要
特殊教育中残疾人人格养成缺失的原因有:缺乏涵盖各个阶段的价值引导,未构建人格教育的价值评价体系,教学过程重技能培养而轻人格养成,以及教学评价标准有偏颇。据此给出解决方案:贯彻健康人格养成的价值引导,将人格养成的观念、技能和评价作为特殊教育教师培养的内容,以及尝试新的教学效能评价。
The reasons for the lack of personality cultivation of the disabled in special education are:the lack of value guidance covering all stages,the failure to construct the value evaluation system of personality education,the emphasis on skill cultivation in the teaching process rather than personality cultivation,and the biased teaching evaluation standards.According to this,the solutions are given:implementing the value guidance of healthy personality cultivation,taking the concept,skills and evaluation of personality cultivation as the training content of special education teachers,and trying new teaching efficiency evaluation.
