摘要
纳米材料复合CO_(2)吞吐技术利用纳米材料和CO_(2)协同降黏、增强原油流动性,抽提等作用,将油层难驱动原油变为可驱替原油,提高原油采收率。通过室内实验和研究,优化出纳米材料、CO_(2)吞吐参数,并在PZ区块井开展矿场试验,试验后初期含水明显下降,截止日前,日增油3.1 t,累增油967.1 t,效果显著。试验结果表明,纳米材料复合CO_(2)吞吐增产效果优于CO_(2)吞吐效果,为油田老区稳产探索出一条新的技术方法。
Nanomaterial and CO_(2)compound huff and puff technology can change the hard-driven oil into displaceable oil and improve the oil recovery rate,which makes use of the synergistic effects of nanomaterial and CO_(2)on viscosity reduction,enhancing oil fluidity and extraction.Through laboratory tests and research,the parameters of the nanomaterial and CO_(2)huff and puff were optimized,and the test was conducted in PZ block.The field tests show that,in the early stage,water cut declines,daily incremental oil production was 3.1 t,and up to now,the cumulative incremental oil production is 967.1 t.The field test results show that the stimulation effect of the nanomaterial and CO_(2)compound huff and puff is better than that of CO_(2)huff and puff,which explores a new technical method for stable production in old oilfield.
