摘要
在气井生产过程中油管会发生不同程度的腐蚀、结垢等物理化学变化,加之气体流动的复杂性,井壁粗糙度也会随之发生不同程度的变化,导致气井摩阻增大造成额外的压力损失。但在现场生产时,难以在地面直接测量油管的绝对粗糙度,不能及时采取解堵等优化措施,导致气井产量下降,影响经济效益。本文将利用气井生产动态数据,间接确定气井的井壁粗糙度,为气藏开发提供实际指导。
With the process of the gas well production tubing different degrees of corrosion,scaling and other physical and chemical changes,and the complexity of the gas flow,the wellbore roughness and different degrees of change,which resulted in increased gas well friction caused by the extra pressure loss.But at the scene,it is difficult to directly measure the absolute roughness of tubing in the ground,and can't take timely optimization measures such as broken down that is leading to gas well production decline and affecting economic benefits.In this paper,the wellbore roughness of gas well is determined indirectly by using the production dynamic data of gas well,so as to provide practical guidance for gas reservoir development.
