Humanism and Interiority

人文主义关系到人对自身内在的认识,而这一认识反应在城市与建筑的内部空间之中。西方历史上人文思想有几次重大转折,本文将人文思想对内在性观念的影响分为六个阶段加以阐述:希腊初期――理想的人类社群;早期基督教――渴望非物质的身体;文艺复兴――人作为万物的尺度;现代――身体作为机械装置;后现代――人作为语言与心理的建构;网络文化――分散式的人群分布。

Humanism is about man’s understanding of their interiority,which is also reflected in the interior space of cities and buildings.The article outlines six different stages,in order to clarify the impact of Humanism on the ideas and experience of"interiority":1 Early Greek:ideal human community;2 Early Christian:yearning for the immaterial body;3 Renaissance:man as measure of all things;4 Modern:the body as a mechanism;5 Postmodern:the human being as a linguistic-psychological construction;6 Cyber-culture:a distributed human existence.
