Craftsman Spirit and Intangible Heritage for Revitalizing the Jianchang Bang

“建昌帮”的传统炮制风格是工具辅料独特,工艺取法烹饪,讲究形色气味,毒性低疗效高。目前,在炮制技术方面,业内广泛认可的传承流派主要有樟帮、建昌帮、京帮以及川帮。由于诸多原因,这颗璀璨的明珠却面临失传和散佚之虞,政府先后出台相应政策以重振建昌帮,但也离不开建昌帮“工匠精神”的崛起和奉献,同时,也有赖于建昌帮“非遗”文化的国粹传承。

The traditional processing style of the“Jianchang Bang”is unique in tool and auxiliary materials,the craftsmanship is used for cooking,the variety and smell are emphasized,the toxicity is low and the efficacy is high.At present,in terms of processing technology,the main inheritance schools widely recognized in the industry are Zhang Bang,Jianchang Bang,Jing Bang and Sichuan Bang.Due to many reasons,this brilliant pearl is facing the danger of being lost and scattered.The government has successively introduced corresponding policies to revive the Jianchang Bang,but it is also inseparable from the rise and dedication of the“craftsman spirit”of the Jianchang Bang,which helps the inheritance of the national quintessence of“intangible heritage”culture.
