摘要
方剂歌诀在辅助背诵方剂时存在不能可视化的缺点,因此从其他学科汲取方法学的力量,开发出可视化的方剂记忆法,能够提高中医药自学、传承与创新能力。从认知心理学考究图像记忆技术的技巧与原理,将方剂歌诀与几何图形记忆技巧相结合,即把握抽象言语记忆技巧与具象图形记忆技巧的双重优势,开发出“图-文结合”的记忆法。该方法能够在一定程度上协调人脑的两类记忆与思维能力,提高方剂知识点的记忆效果,值得应用推广与深入研究。
speech memory skills and concrete figure memory skills.The memory method of“combination of picture and text”is developed.To a certain extent,this method can coordinate the two kinds of memory and thinking ability of human brain,and improve the memory effect of formula,which is worthy of application and popularization in-depth research.
